“Live Streaming”, Booking Events, and Online Purchase Policies
1) Deposit Required to Secure Booking
A deposit is mandatory to confirm and secure your booking. No deposit means no reservation. This ensures our time is dedicated to serious clients only, so please be prepared to make the deposit upon booking.
2) Full Payment Due Prior to Final Delivery
Final payment must be received in full before any completed work is delivered. This applies to all services, including beats, mastering, flyers, and other promotional items. Please ensure prompt payment to avoid delays.
3) Revisions Policy
Each project includes one complimentary revision to ensure satisfaction. Any additional revisions beyond the first will incur extra fees. This helps keep projects on schedule and respects the time required for each revision.
4) No Refunds on Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover initial setup and time reserved for your project. Please be certain of your commitment to the project before making your deposit.
5) Respect Scheduled Booking Times
Punctuality is essential for maintaining schedules. If you arrive late or need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your booking, additional fees may apply, and availability may be limited. Respecting set times ensures fair treatment for all clients.
6) Standard Usage Rights on Delivered Work
All completed work includes standard usage rights. For exclusive rights or ownership of music, designs, or other intellectual property, an additional fee will be required. Please discuss specific usage needs at the start of the project.
7) Provide Complete Project Details Upfront
Clear communication is essential for quality and timely delivery. Clients must provide detailed project requirements, including style preferences, specific requests, and reference materials, at the start of the project.
8) Approval for Final Delivery is Binding
Once the final project is reviewed and approved by the client, no further changes or revisions will be accepted. Approval confirms that the client is fully satisfied, and the project will be considered complete.
9) All Communication Through Agreed Channels
To streamline project updates and ensure clarity, all communication will occur through designated channels (e.g., email, phone, messaging apps). This helps prevent misunderstandings and keeps records of all agreements.
10) Projects Inactive Beyond 30 Days May Incur Fees
If a project remains unpaid or inactive for more than 30 days, it may be subject to storage or reactivation fees. Extended inactivity disrupts scheduling and may result in a release of the reserved time.
11) Beats Are Not Sold Outright
Beats are licensed for specific usage terms and are not sold outright. This allows for collaborative success and ensures that rights are respected in each use of the beat. Exclusive terms or buyouts are only available upon special request and require additional agreements.
12) 50/50 Publishing Split for All Music
A 50/50 publishing split is required for all music placements, with equal shares within all publishing entities (e.g., BMI, ASCAP, SESAC, and others). Failure to properly publish music under these terms may result in legal repercussions, loss of rights, or delayed distribution and revenue. Proper registration of works is essential to ensure each party’s share is accurately documented and royalties are distributed fairly.
